Neymar's Canine Kitchen is dedicated to timely and secure shipping; Currently serving PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD.

1. Shipping Options: Due to the perishability of our products, we will determine which shipping mode is most efficient for delivering your goods in a timely manner.

2. Delivery Time: We are dedicated to ensuring our perishable items take approximately 24-72hrs to arrive at their destination.

3. PLEASE NOTE: All products will be shipped Frozen in Temperature Sensitive packaging. Please ensure that perishable food items are received and relocated into refrigerator/ freezer as soon as possible.

4. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLES OF 25oz BAGS FOR EASIER FOOD PREPERATION AND PRESERVATION
