1. Refund Eligibility: If your dog doesn’t enjoy our food or experiences any issues, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 7-10 days of purchase

2. Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the product (if applicable). After receiving the request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged packaging or spoiled food, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Opened Products: If your pet didn’t like the food, we may offer store credit or a partial refund.

5. PLEASE NOTE: All refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
